‘Beyond’ free range, pasture-raised, ethically grown Old breed pork, fed free from hormones or antibiotics amongst the rolling fields of McIvor Farm in Tooborac, one hour north of Melbourne.
The McIvor Farm family are all about farming and growing soil; everything they do is about what is best for the soil. Belinda & Jason Hagan utilise livestock, mostly Berkshire Pigs to assist them with this process: the by-product is pasture-raised, ethically grown park, and gosh it’s a delicious by-product!
McIvor Farm pigs live their entire life outside, as pig loves to do, they help to regenerate the farm.
