Collins Honey has been a family-run business for over three generations. It began as a hobby after Norm Collins developed an obsession observing bees and their activity at the age of 10. As time went on, Norm slowly built up over 50 hives in the following five years. At the age of 18, Norm had over 300 hives and had established a flourishing farm.
Sixty years, and three generations later, Collins Honey are at the forefront of the Australian honey industry. The wealth of knowledge and experience passed down through generations, along with a strong passion and understanding of bees and the honey-making process ensures all of their products are the best in the business, and will be for many years to come.
