This intimate dinner at The Woodhouse will showcase why.

Chef Paul Pitcher has assembled a roll call of the best Australian wagyu (think Sher Wagyu, and Cohuna’s Everything Wagyu) that will highlight a range of cuts and aging methods over four courses.

Welcome cocktail and canapés by the open fire; guests are then seated in our private dining area for a unique offering of exceptional food and matched wines. We finish with one of The Woodhouse’s signature desserts.

Wagyu beef is the feature of the evening, so we cannot cater for vegan or vegetarian diners. Gluten and nut allergies can be catered for; please let us know by selecting these options during the ticket purchase. Not all dietary requirements can be met, but feel free to call us to discuss the menu with our friendly staff.
